About Me

I am a Senior Data Center Operations and Network Infrastructure professional with more than 17 years of experience supporting enterprise, hyperscale, and mission-critical environments. My work has taken me throughout the United States and internationally across Europe, Asia, the Middle East—including Dubai—and Australia. My background includes global data center operations, server and network hardware remediation, rack integration, structured cabling, hardware lifecycle support, and production change control.

I have hands-on experience supporting Cisco enterprise platforms—including Cisco 8800 Series systems—as well as Dell EMC and HPE server hardware, Arista and Juniper networking equipment, and fiber and copper infrastructure. I am experienced in diagnosing hardware failures, replacing field-replaceable components, coordinating RMAs, validating system health, and documenting work through enterprise IT service-management platforms.
